The Kidspointe ministry of FBC seeks to build caring, nurturing environments that support the teaching of God's Word to all children. This ministry is designed to be a support and encouragement to parents as they lead their families in "growing in grace."
Kidspointe Nursery
Our KidsPointe Nursery is ready and available to accept your children 30 minutes before every service. Our staff is well trained, equipped and cleared with background checks to ensure that your children are cared for in a loving environment that will allow you as a parent to relax and learn from God's Word both in our main worship gathering and in our FBC small groups. We ask that all children be checked in through our Kidspointe Check in system which is available in the main atrium. If you are a guest one of our hosts will be happy to help you get checked in quickly and easily
Kidspointe Sunday School Groups
Kidspointe Sunday School groups are available to all children age 3-6th grade. These groups are led by trained teachers and assistants who desire to see children grounded in the Word of God. Kidspointe groups meet immediately following the Kidspointe Worship Time. These ministries work well together to teach children just how much Jesus loves them. Our Kidspoint groups are all located on the first floor in the bright yellow hallway directly past Kidspointe Check In. We do ask that all children be checked in to help ensure that we provide a safe learning environment each week. If you are a guest our FBC host will he happy to help you check your children in.
Kidspointe Worship Time
Our children's worship service is an exciting time of worship and Bible study geared specifically for them. Before Pastor McLaughlin starts his sermon, children ages 4-4th grade are dismissed to Kidspointe Worship During KPW, all ages enjoy teaching that is geared for their age level and helps them learn to worship God today. Children are dismissed from KPW to Kidspointe Sunday School groups. Parents not staying for small groups can pick up their children at Kidspointe Check In.
Kids 4 Truth
Digging deep into God's Word is what Kids4Truth Club is all about. Your children will have opportunities to sing, build crafts, play games, and earn prizes all while memorizing Bible verses, and understanding the Bible like you never imagined possible for their age! We welcome children four years of age through the sixth grade to join us on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm during the regular school year. Corey and Charlotte Doshier have been directing Kids4Truth club for several years. Their concern and care for children is evident in the way they serve in this ministry. The Doshiers are joined by our caring K4T workers who make this ministry possible. Our workers are trained to provide a safe and loving but fun environment in which to teach the next generation to love, know, believe and share the truths of the Bible.
Kidspointe Special Events
Throughout the year our Kidspointe Ministry sponsors many special events. These events are designed to minister to families, encourage children to meet new friends, and provide different avenues for reaching out into our community.
